Plymouth Platter
A combination of Icelandic cod, calamari, scallop & prawn. Dipped in our special beer batter & deep fried until golden brown. Served w/ thick English cut chips & tartar sauce. The pilgrims set sail from Plymouth, England in the year 1620 on the 180 ton Mayflower, reaching Cape Cod two & a half months later they supplemented their mediocre diet by catching seafood, thus the Plymouth Platter.

Two plump juicy British sausages. Served w/ fried onions, mashed potatoes, vegetables, & gravy. In 1787 "H.M.S. Bounty" commanded by Lieut. William Bligh was returning to England from the Pacific. Mutiny broke out because of Blighs' tyranny & harsh treatment. Bligh & 18 loyal men were set adrift. They reached Java 4,000 miles away, without loss of life, a great feat of navigation. The mutineers were later found & brought to justice.

USS Constitution' New York Steak
A 12 oz. New York grilled to perfection served w/ potatoes & vegetables. USS Constitution was constructed in Boston & launched there in 1797. She was the 1st USA Frigate of 1,576 tons & was rated a 44 gun vessel. She was never defeated in battle. In 1830 a proposal to dismantle her was abandoned after O.W. Holmes' poem "Old Ironsides" & since 1897 has lain in Boston Harbor the Pride of the U.S. Navy!
